Our Story

Born from a Love of Perfect Texture

Snowie of the Upstate started with a simple realization: most shaved ice is just crushed ice pretending to be something it's not. The texture was wrong — wet, crunchy, flat. We wanted something different.

After sourcing Japanese Snowie machines and spending months perfecting our syrup recipes from scratch, we opened our doors in Inman with a mission: deliver a dessert experience that actually respects the craft. Every cup is shaved to order, every syrup is made in-house, and every drink is treated like it's the last one you'll make tonight.
